Okay, I have written another guitar wiring page on my website. This (and another page due shortly) is something I talked about months ago. (Now I know why I kept putting this off for so long). Please take a look and tell me what you think. (Good idea? Bad idea? Errors? Tpyos? Will permanently change the course of Western Civilization?) Oh and the link is: www.1728.com/guitar5.htm

wolf, As usual, a nice job. If I had to pick a nit, it would be your generic use of series and parallel. It seems to me that unless one is already well-versed in this art, then using the two terms for similar yet different referents may well cause some head-scratching. I think, emphasis on that thinking part, that most people will understand if you insert the words 'local' or 'internal' when referring to within a pickup, and 'global' or 'external' when referring to both pickups. If you start getting a lot of questions about those terms, then you could put a short explanation on the page, say right below your cautionary blurbs. That is all, carry on! ;D sumgai
