hey if anyone could help me out with this i would really appreciate it. I am wiring a jackson dinky dk2m with 2 humbuckers, 1 volume, 1 tone, and 1 three way switch. The only thing I cannot figure out is, the three way has eight little things coming off it to connect wires to, where most diagrams show three. Anyone have a diagram or a suggestion?

Is this the switch? Off-Shore Lever Switches If so, since this is a lever switch (see-saw, teeter-totter, uh, lever), there is a reversal inherent in the contacts vs the lever position. The link shows this. If the lever is in position "1", each "P" contact is connected to the applicable (as in the same group) terminal numbered "1". For a three-way version with two pickups, terminals numbered 1&2 on one pole go to the hot lead from one pickup, terminals numbered 2&3 on the other pole go to the hot lead from the other pickup, and both "P" terminals go to the output. One will have to connect the pickup ground leads and the pots and stuff as well but you indicate that this is not confusing.
