My Strat project worked out so well that I thought I'd tackle re-wiring my main guitar, a Reverend Rocco. I'm a bit nervous about it, because it's a higher-quality axe than my beat-up old Strat, and has slightly more unusual electronics. Nothing major- just two humbuckers, 1 volume, 1 tone, a 3-way selector and two coil splitter switches. One or two things look unfamiliar to me, though: the circuit-board-type 3-way switch (no big deal) and a pair of resistors on the volume pot. I'll be taking a photo or two before I start de-soldering, but I expect to trash the resistors in the process so I'd really like to know what to use to replace them Anyone familiar with these guitars, or a similar layout?

?Or one resistor and one capacitor as used in a treble bypass filter on a volume pot?

Thanks for the link- very helpful! And I just might wreck it- my powers of unintentional destruction surpass most mortals Yes, it's probably the bleed circuit. A resistor and a cap is most likely, though they do look identical at first glance. Picture soon....
