Let's just say that Nady's Marketing Department over-exuberently describes the system in question. GC flushed them out at the end of the summer last year.... tried it, got nothing but a lot of static (both QRN and QRM for you hams out there), and mightly little tonal fidelity. Went back after two days of trying. Found a used Guitar Bug for $60 only a few days later, right there at the same GC. It pays to keep one's eyes open. (Just did a search on this handly little item..... Seems that some stores no longer carry it, but others do. Roughly $225 and change, but it can be found on eBay for about the same new, or less used. There's one on there right now for $100, a fair price I should think.) In general, unless you're so broke that you can't afford spats for a canary even if overcoats for elephants are 5¢ a dozen, then stick to UHF devices - VHF units tend to have more problems reception-wise.
