Hey all,
I have a squier vintage modified sss strat with a missing tremolo arm. I was going to buy one of the shortened ones ala gilmour. When I contacted Callaham they told me it would not match up with the squier's bridge. With that in mind, I bought a replacement from my local shop but when I took it home it was too small "diameter that is".
Does anyone know if I can use the fender standard 5/8 threaded arm? with this model.

if you have the funds, i would suggest swapping out the entire trem-o-leo with a beefier drop-in replacement... those squier bridges are kinda crummy
