I'm just wondering if anybody knows how to wire three EMG solderless pickups together, specifically an 81 in the neck, a 60 in the middle and an 85 in the bridge position with a volume control for all pickups and a tone control for all pickups. I'm using the solderless emg pots that came with the pickups. All three pickups came with busses. The pickups use batteries. I would like to use a 6-way rotation knob (4-pole), not the 5-way solderless selector switch which EMG makes. The 6-way rotation knob is not part of the solderless system, but is it possible to wire a 6-way rotation knob with solderless pickups? I am using a tone capacitor also. The jack I'm using is a stereo long reach jack if you need to know that. Any information on this would be very much appreciated, thanks.

Hello and welcome to G-Nutz2!
I had no experience or knowledge of the "EMG solderless system", so I had to Google away at it. Not sure I see the advantage of this; while it may indeed be solderless, the directions are pretty complex. I'd have an easier time soldering it!
The "solderless system" is just a method of interconnection, you can certainly use a different switch. But you'll have to modify the solderless connectors to access the wires you need, then you'll need to . . err. . . ahhh . . .solder them to the new switch.
This will not be as bad as it sounds, although some practice would be a good idea if you're new to soldering. You will of course need a soldering iron and some solder.
What is it you want the 6 way rotary switch to do?
As far as the rest of the wiring, you'll use the solderless connectors for that, it's just a matter of wading through the directions.

Thank you for the information
I just want the switch to select between different combinations of pickup possibilities, like 3 pickups on at once, neck only, middle only, bridge only, neck and bridge, bridge and middle
