Hey guys, I want my HSS Strat to work like a normal Strat except I'd like to add a toggle to select either north or south coil as desired. Will this fit the bill??? Thanks in advance for your help!!!

Q- Welcome Back! Looks like it will work as advertised. Although, when you say: Like a "normal" SSS Strat? Or, like a "normal" HSS Strat? As shown, this diagram treats the HB as if it were another single. On actual Fender HSS Strats (and on numerous clones thereof), the second pole of the 5-way switch is used to split the bridge HB at position #2, so you have Br(SC) + M. That's in theory supposed to give one the elusive "quack" at position 2, while still giving the full bridge HB at position #1. But if you want your HSS to have the full HB at position 2, you're good to go. No big deal in this design, since you have the separate toggle for the coil cut anyway.

Thanks Newey. Yeah, I was trying to avoid the position 2 automatic coil tap thing that most HSS wirings provide. This way I have a choice of single or double pole in each position (one and two, that is).....
Thanks again for the reply.
