Your link is to jack plates for modern-style Teles. The screw centers are different on the Strat ones, and on the Strat ones, the hole is offset towards the bridge side so as to give sufficient depth for the jack.
JFP- I'm not aware of any, apart from the link you posted. As haydukej said, there seems to be a lot of DIYers on this, using a piece of pickguard.
If the goal is to be able to use an angled jack with the Strat, without having the cord stick straight up, you can use the Randy Bachmann/Alex Lifeson solution of just flipping the standard jackplate upside down, so it sticks out from the guitar instead of being recessed.
