Does anybody have an idea about replacing the middle/bridge combination on a Strat with one of the coils of a bridge humbucker? I never use position 2, and I use my coil split a lot, so it would be more efficient for me to just replace that position on the switch. I can't think of a way to make it happen so far, due to the nature of the switch. Thanks in advance, any help is appreciated.

I don't think you can make just that one substitution using a standard switch. You could get a superswitch though.
Or, using a standard Fender switch, you could get something that also mixed in some other changes too by wiring it all differently. eg, I can see how to do
Bridge humbucker Bridge single + M Bridge single Bridge single + N N
