I have a gibson 57 classic plus pick up that im not going to fiddle with in terms of coil splitting in the bridge position so its two leads. However, I saw this Bill Lawrence q filter and thought it might be fun to try for the bridge. I have not made a selection for the neck yet but like the idea behind the lindy unbucker. I was thinking it might be a good fit in the neck, Any thoughts? I have used the original HBD mod layout and hope i can use 1/2 of it for the neck pickup.I started the layout for the bridge that will use a push pull pot and a regular pot. Maybe one of you guys could have a look and fill in the blanks for the rest of the wiring using ms paint? If so id sure appreciate it hope this link works. Thanks ibb.co/hQFTWG

swingarm-
Sorry no one got back with you quicker on this. From your description, it's not at all clear to me what the P/P pot for the bridge will be doing- is it an in/out for the Q-filter?
Also:
The key question: Is this pickup the "vintage" style with the braided wire "ground" and a single inner insulated conductor? If so, your wiring options will be even more limited than simply the question of coil splitting (or not).

Hey dont be sorry I'm lazy lol, I dont blame people for not answering! I have a 57 classic plus in the bridge that is two wire is as you mention. I guess i will just wire it up simply and just use the neck for coil splitting. Thanks for your reply,
