i'm italian boy and I find your mod wiring, I apply this mod on my guitar (sorry for my english) but there is one ask if is possible to aplly the mod foe s-s-h the 3 singles are kinman 62Avn and the hum is a SD custom custom . Help me please how can apply your mod circuit on my guitars ??there is possible that i have trouble in for in fase out of fase. Well the control pot are 1 for only volume the two tones 1 for change the five position like yuor mod, and another for splitting the humb, and is here the problem!!!!! how can i split the humb for a god fase or not in fase with the singles  ?? is possible only with the super switch?? and i'm not a master in wiring And if you can take a modification of your picture scheme or the oder pic that i have find in the forum that one with the color green red brown View here Topic: Mike Richarson's strat wiring question (Read 222 times) (the first) Mark . I'm not sure what you mean about "green, red, brown". What is green, red, brown? I have a diagram for HSS guitars that will do what you want (I think). Your English is much better than my Italian!

Io parlo Italiano (ho vissuto in Italia con un'Italiana per abbastanza tempo), quindi forse potrei aiutare in caso di communication breakdown. Scrivi bene l'Inglese, pero l'ho so che e particolarmente difficile communicare discorsi techici ni un'altra lingua.
Se ho capito bene, vuoi fare il Richardson mod ad una guitarra SSH unito insieme con un coil-split.
Pero no ho capito bene il discorso di fase.

Grazie mille dell'aiuto cerco di spiegarlo in italiano Esatto hai centrato il problema. E il discorso della fase è che non sono sicuro di fare i giusti collegamenti e quindi mi farebbe comodo un disegno come quello a questo link album.foto.virgilio.it/dreamscametrue/951534/foto.php Voglio fare il mod di MikeR. ma utilizzando 1 Volume che funziona solo da volume e 2 Tone push-pull, 1 per splittare l'humb e l'altro per attivare la circuitazione con le altre 5 posizioni. Quello che vorrei sapere è se è possibile fare uno split coil automatico cioè tramite il Super switch (in posizioni 2# e 4#) e magari con l'altro push pull fare un phase inverter oppure Utilizzare il push pull per splittare l'Humb e se è meglio così come faccio LA CHITARRA E' UNA CHITARRA DI LIUTERIA ITALIANA DI UN LIUTAIO DI PISA E SUONA DA PAURA!!! |

What's better between split by itself or with the 5 way I think perhaps that a push pull only for split the humb! bat if is possible split with the 5 way; the push pull can be use to invert the fase for example or fon another thing ..... I think there might be a better mod than Mike R's mod for this.
In this forum, under "schematics", there is a mod for HSS guitars called the "Big Ugly". It combines coil splitting, series/parallel, and a phase inverter.
(I don't know how to link straight to it, if someone could put a link...?).
It might be just right. Have a look!
