I've been watching Jim Lill's "Tested" videos for a little while, but for some reason I think this one has surprised me more than the rest. Maybe if I knew more about amps I wouldn't be shocked!
I've used a Boss modeler for a long while for practicality anyway, so perhaps I have tin ears. But for myself, if I need to "play out" again and want to update my rig, I think I should probably get a couple of good IRs and not even worry more about the amp modeling.
