Here is a plot for one of my pickups. As you can see, it measures 3.0dB @ 1.80kHz. Simple enough.
The data is as follows, with the resonant frequency in bold colors. That would be 1800Hz, 3.040 Vrms, and 9.638 dBV.

I've tried doing some research but can't seem to grasp what "Vrms" means. I looked here and am still confused as to what this means in regards to pickups:
I can understand that dBV means amplitude at a particular test frequency, and I can understand that on the plot picture, the "dV: 3.0dB" means there's a 3.0dB difference between the 100Hz baseline and the resonant frequency, which is 1800Hz.
And I can see that represented in the numbers: the numbers show that the dBV is almost exactly 3.0 higher at 1800Hz compared to 100Hz. So I could deduce "3.0dB @ 1800kHz" based on these numbers in the data alone.
But again, what about Vrms? I have no idea what to do with that number or what that's telling me. I do notice that it's highest at the resonant frequency, which would make me think, in layman's terms, it's a measure of voltage at a particular frequency.
