Well I never know with that 5way switch11 But it looks about right, maybe the tone pot! Always best to use a meter to test the pins and when they come active.
As for the SPDT, the 5way is normal and when the switch is active it beings the bridge in to play (this doesn't include the tone control)
1) Neck // Neck+Bridge 2) Neck+Middle+Tone // Neck+Middle+Bridge+Tone 3) Middle+Tone // Middle+Bridge+Tone 4) Middle+Bridge+Tone // Middle+Bridge+Tone 5) Bridge+Tone // Bridge+Tone
Lot of copies positions.

Im using on-on SPDT toggle switch here The wiring you drew functions slightly different than your description. It will enable the tone circuit in any position the neck or middle pickup is selected. In other words, all positions except bridge-only.* The spdt accomplishes a "bridge-on" function. When closed, it adds the bridge pickup to any and all selections made by the 5-way. * after a second look, I noticed tone control was enabled in all positions except neck-only.

so, what if i put the bridge white wire to the 5 way switch and connect it to the toggle switch (on the side pin, not center) and then connect the center pin of toggle switch to the input of volume pot, is this will achieve what my description says?

That's not helpful. It's insulting to our new member. I'll grant you 24hrs to edit or delete that post.

I made a little correction, is this will acomplish my description? Nah, it's just a roundabout way of doing the same thing. We should be able to get you a little closer to your description or perhaps much closer to your description, although not exactly what you described. Let's start with what you're doing with the tone control. Your current wiring has the tone control enabled in all positions except for Neck-only. Is that what you want, or do you want the tone control to work in all positions except Bridge-only? Or would you like the tone control to function in all positions? Once we sort this, we'll look at options for pickup additions via the dpdt.

I understand now, sorry for making you confuse, what i mean by saying the tone control for bridge and middle pickup is the tone pot is for controlling those both pickup no matter where the position is, so yeah that mean its fine if the tone control not enable for the neck only position. What im tryin to achieve is i can enable bridge PU when in neck position and thats fine if the tone control is enable too

rifkisambora21 , I took the liberty of altering the first diagram you posted. I believe it will produce the results shown. Please wait until one of the other 'nuts vets, it to confirm it works as-advertised. Position | Tone | Standard | Alternate | 5 | no | Neck | Neck + Bridge | 4 | YES | Neck + Middle | Neck + Middle + Bridge | 3 | YES | Middle | Middle | 2 | YES | Middle + Bridge | Middle + Bridge | 1 | YES | Bridge | Bridge |
