What you're trying to represent at the output jack is less than clear in the jpg.
The colours are a tad faded. Use thicker lines since a jpg is constantly being compressed (and de-rastered/dithered with adjacent colours) every time you open it.
Don't use the green arrows, they look like ground/common connections.
If the wiper on the tone pot is going to the tip on the output jack, you're good.
I don't see the 0.33 uF 400VDC cap from the star ground to the guitar's "chassis" (anything that a human can touch), so I guess that you're not doing the isolation mod.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't even have a drawing program until yesterday so this was the best I could come up with real quick. Next time I'll use your suggestions.
Anyway, yes the wiper goes to tip and I'm not doing the isolation for now. I know how to wire an output jack so I just threw a quick reference in the drawing to show that that's where everything was headed eventually.
I appreciate the time spent on your reply. Hopefully someday I'll be able to contribute something that's helpful.

You already did.
Others have read this thread and learned therefrom.
