A 4P3T toggle switch selects pickups and inverts the coil split in the middle position. (auto split in middle position, but pull the pot and it goes back to dual coil)
The 4P3T rotary switch selects parallel in position 1, series in position 2.
Does anyone see anything that won't work?
Does anyone have any ideas of what to do with the open position on the rotary? I could always short it so positions 1 & 3 act the same, and then add something else on the empty two poles (C & D) in only position 3. (I just can't think of what to add there)

Ok, all done...
After taking a look at your diagram, some things of note: -Your auto coil-split push-pull is a nice bit of work - I like that it unsplits or splits given the position of the pup selector. -In series mode, you've got some problems. Specifically, you'll have no sound with only the single coil selected (there's no path to ground) nor with only the humbucker selected (no hot). -Assuming that your single coil is a normally wound coil, your both pups selected position has two north coils, making it especially noisy.
Suggestions: I'll work on some stuff as work is slow today, but try it on your own as well. You've got two whole poles on the rotary unused, so you should be able to fix this issue. Also, the third rotary position could do phase if you play your cards right...
