Hello,
Currently I am having a telecaster put together, and I needed some help with how one would wire the configuration I'm looking to make.
I am going to be using
A Seymour Duncan Hot Stack® for Strat STK-S2 in the Neck
A Seymour Duncan Vintage Rails™ SVR-1 in the middle
And a Seymour Duncan custom Pearly Gates for Telecaster® in the Bridge
All to be wired in series.
My goal for the wiring was to have a 3 on-off-on dpdt double pole switch, for each pick up, that would be wired to have a In phase-Off-Out of Phase Function to eliminate those blasted five and three way pick up selectors.
And I was looking to use dual concetric pots for Volume and Tone for each pickup.
How does one wire the pickups in series?
Then how does one connect everything to the output jack?
I'm not sure if this is possible because i have only a miniscule understanding of electronics for guitar.
Does anybody have a clue as to how to wire all of this together? sorry this is my first time on this site and its also my first time trying to wire up a guitar. Alrighty talk to yall later,
Andrew D.

Thanks for responding Quickly, Its pretty jivin of you
Groovy so if i was to do the "half-out-of-phase" Method what value of a capacitor would I use and where exactly would I Place it In relation to the switch?
Oh!
Btw I was checking out the other guitar nuts diagrams and the Series/Parrallel Circuit for all the pickups, in the tone monster circuit, I thought would be a fantastic addition to this in the process wiring idea.
Is there a way to have the switching options of that circuit with the dual concentric Volume and tone pots?
Like Would having The Tone Control and Volume before the switching be bad news bears in the tone monster circuit?
Yeah I saw that Tele you rigged up that is quite intriguing. Definitely mind Boggeling for a beginner.
Rock and Roll,

So, is my presumption correct?
For exact design ideas, I need exact answers.
BTW, if all three pickups ARE internally wired in series, the pickups will appear externally as three single coils and there will only be 18 possible combinations including OFF (excluding phase).
I'm not sure as to which "tone monster" circuit you are referring to.

Sorry about not answering about your assumption Yes for the most part your assumption is correct. The assumption about the pickups internally as series is correct. But Externally I would like the pickups be wired both in Series and Parrellel selectable via a two way switch. Is that exact Enough? I hope I'm not being a nuisance. I saw "tone Monster circuit" with this concept in the link down below Rock and Roll, Wonder
