I originally designed this for one of my other guitars but after talking to someone here on this forum that I respect. I think I will start over and try a different path. Its not that I think this one is bad, I think is great. Its only my second one and it was tough. But if there is a better way, I will mess around until I find it. Instead I want to make my first attempt at a contribution to the Schematics area. So I don't know how this works, Do you check it out then move it or should it have been put in there to start with? wasn't really sure so I put it here. To give Credit where its due, If it wasn't for sumgais Input and encouragement, this wouldn't be done or posted here. So Thanks man!

Looks ok to me. Each humbucker has switches to select series/parallel/single coil (the on-on-on switch) and in/out of phase (the on-off-on switch). The mid pickup has a phase switch. The only thing I would suggest is to replace the on-off-on switches with on-on switches. You already have the ability to switch off one coil of the humbuckers, and you can switch off the middle pickup using the stock 5 way switch, so the center-off switch position isnt really needed. Otherwise it looks great! Now where do you plan to put all those switches then eh? One possible alternative I just thought is to think only of the neck and bridge, and wire them up using a telecaster 3 way switch instead of the 5 way one. So you can choose between Bridge, Neck or both. You then think of the middle switch. Using a on/off/on switch and wiring it directly to the jack allows you to switch it in phase, out of phase, or off completely. Though you lose the midlle only position, this would give you 2 extra combinations- Bridge+Neck and Bridge+Middle+Neck Pete

I originally designed it whtout the 5way selector. (added it back in when I coudnt figure out what to do with the hole) ;D That was why the switch choices. well that and having a ton of them.I see what you mean though. EDIT Duh I guess I could just put all five switches in the selector slot. I havent slept in a week and 4 days so don't mind me Ahh damn and this has also pushed my more important post to page 2 Errrr for my 4th edit. lol Here it is before I stuck the 5way in there (recreated)

Yes the selector switch "slot" on a Stratocaster or Telecaster is a good location when lots of switches have to be added. Here's a mod I did on one of my guitars:

Perfect, just enough room. That is what I was guessing. The screwholes would do good for the oulside switches.Sweet!.
So I Guess you can look at my submission as being able to be wired with or without the 5-way selector. (depending on preference)

I just noticed a slight flaw. Whenever one of the on/on/on switches is set to the middle (both contacts live) the 'hot' side of the jack is shorted directly to ground- you would get no output at all. Swap them for on/on switches. Setting to 'series' and turning off the other coil will switch off the whole humbucker.
This means that you can select series, parallel, or single coil on the humbuckers, and in/out of phase, or switch them off. The middle pickup can also be set in/out/off.
Ignoring phasing and series/parallel within a humbucker, this gives you 7 combinations:
B B+M B+M+N B+N M M+N N
Individual pickup settings gives you a whole load more!

So basically this was an exercise in futility. I'm now relegated to a hand full of remaining selections that could easily be achieved with a super switch and a 6-pack of beer ERRRRR!!! Man, I wasted a whole day on that..not to mention pushing the guitar I really needed fixed and working, off to page 2. Oh well, live and learn. Note to Mod, Please chuck this post. I will not be rewritten as it has proven itself unworthy of the attempt.. It can be done simpler with one switch. Edit: dont mind me, Its lack of sleep In any case Pete12345, thanks for checking it out. Ill find a more purposeful one next time
