I cant remember where, but I remember seeing a site with multipliable examples of Super switch wiring on a strat. Does anyone remember where it was or know of any repository of diagrams for it, or is this just one of those things that is too new as well as too complex to really have a large pile laying around? I have one in route and I am converting my guitar to 3 of those Dragonfire rails to replace the single coils with.
I know alot of other people here talk about GFS. Are they better than Dragonfire rail pickup? I bought one of the Dragonfires before I heard about the GFS but not really knowing much about them either, I just bught one and intslled it in the bridge. It sounds way better then the 2004 Stock American Strat pickups that I had in there. But if these GFS are better then I will just get 3 of those and put this one in an HSH body I have.
Any help with either of those 2 questions would be great.

bendy, Once again, "sounds better" is subjective - there's no way to quantify a sound so that each and every person reading that description will know just what is meant. Sad, but true. I haven't had either GFS or Dragonfire in my hands, but I'll bet I've heard them, on other people's guitars, they're pretty popular. I can say though, several members here have given GFS high marks for tone, quality of build and service, all contributing to the "feel good" aspect of telling others about GFS. Dragonfire, sorry to say, hasn't yet enjoyed that 'word of mouth' benefit. I imagine that if they give good 'price to quality ratio', they'll soon get notice. At least, here on this forum.... I can't speak for other forums, of course. Bottom line - stick with what you already know. If that doesn't give you what you want, then jump to the next thing. Or if you have the bucks, order both and experiment at the same time. That's how you prove you're Nutty! ;D As for diagrams, you already know we have lots of them here. Concerning specifically the superswitch...... I dunno. Chris and I have both contributed in this vein, but sporadically, not all in one place. You might try searching for 'super switch' (with and without the space), just click on the Search button above. And if you google the innerweb, start with the terms 'superswitch guitar wiring pickups' and see what that gets you. HTH sumgai

Ahh, Superswitch not super switch no wonder. I was searching but not finding much. That be why.
Thanks again!
On the pickup thing, i decided after writing that question down yesterday that I would take the time to buy both. I really don't have fair way to test them so I am going to make digital recordings each one by themselves as well as against the middle pickup and various tone settings. I will post my findings when I am done. I'm pretty good for the most part about remaining objective but I figure If I record them then at that point everyone can make their own mind up.
