while searching for electronic parts online I started looking through some of the other things that Mouser had to offer, namely DIP switches and trimpots. would it be possible to use these on a guitar? I'm envisioning them coming in handy for settings which wouldn't need to always be readily altered (filters/EQ/etc.)
or, if you wanted to get excessive ... set up a few different adjustable tone circuits inside the guitar in combination with an external multi-way switch to have a preset bank of sorts available, like a mega-Varitone.

tc, Certainly that's possible. One's imagination is the only limit on what one can do..... given enough time, money and real estate within his/her axe. Well, there may be some technical limits, but that shouldn't stop someone from at least dreaming up a real whiz-bang! sumgai
