I have a standard strat bridge. The saddle hieght adjustment screws have rusted into the saddles. I cannot adjust them at all.
I know the screws are allen/hex key type, but dont know if it is metric or imperial measurement. Its hard to tell now as they have corroded alot. I have them soaking in oil now, but even if they do free up i wont be able to adjust them with my fingers.
The manual that came with my guitar said that i should wipe my guitar down after every session. Unfortunately, i now know why.

You can go to Home Depot and buy a set of Allen wrenches for $5. The ones I have have several diffrent sixes built into the same body, so I always have the right size allen wrench and don't have to worry about losing them.

Since I know that my hands are rusting the bridge unit, i covered my guitars' bridge with thin pieces of magnets taken from small electric motors (the ones used in kiddies' toys). It works well.

Sounds like maybe a good candidate for Graph Tech saddles.

I have looked at the graph tech sadlles. They do make exact replacements for my guitar. I would have preferred original replacements, but they will probably rust too. I was doubtful that they would be available in Australia, but a quick check, i found that two major music retailers stock them.
