I have a Ibanez EX-350 with stock pups installed. These pups favour the bottom range and lack on the treble. Can someone suggest some good sounding replacements in a H-S-H configuration.

I have an Epi LP100 (not H-S-H, but HH of course), I replaced the stock pickups after about 4 months with a Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB Humbucker in the bridge, and a 59' Model Humbucker in Neck.
They over a good range of sounds, the JB gives a nice "punchy" crunch, good for Green Day/Blink-182 punk-rock (if that's what you're after).
The 59' gives the warmth as typical of LP-type guitars. They work well together as well, giving a very "full" sound, making it very verstile. One thing I like to do (for example) during the intro to American Idiot is play the first part on the JB. Then I switch to both PUs for the main riff.
New ones might be a bite out of you budget (they were for mine) but you should be able to find them on ebay. (as I also did)

Thanks for the feedback, I wanted some with more mid to high output and mainly for heavy type of stuff so I found new Trevor Wilkinsons on Ebay for dirt cheap. So I have these coming and see how they sound. i18.ebayimg.com/02/i/000/80/25/4fbb_1_b.JPG
