It's now finished and posted here: guitarnuts2.proboards45.com/index.cgi?board=music&action=display&thread=1163644536Deleted swamp ash body (4# even), tummy, forearm, and neck contours. Routed for P-90 at neck, current neck is SD Vintage stack, current bridge is Fender Vintage Noiseless, and current wiring is amouck (not decided or completed). Finish is thin Vintage Tint Satin. Neck is (wild) birdseye/birdseye 1 3/4" 1" fatback profile with gloss finish (was in the Deleted eye candy store). Sperzel tuners, Callaham bridge/saddles/control plate (once wiring is settled), neck plate, and slotted SS screws. Fairly original laquered pickguard (filed to fit as always).

As a big fan of natural finishes, these guitars are gorgeous. Maybe someday i will be good enough to build something of this quality.

A lot to proud of here CK. Both are gorgous and refined. The birdseye on the tele neck looks like the bird dropped acid. Incredible. And it is your own private Idaho, since the adoring audience (of 1000s) never sees it. Aesthetics for one please, hold the lemon. Almost too pretty to play. The bonus? No pups and it's an acoustic! But doesn't every tele need tooled leather and rope binding?
