Hello Everyone, Please accept my apologies ahead of time as this question may not be in the appropriate thread. If it is not, the Moderator can feel free to move it to the appropriate one. I have been very interested in obtaining the YKE guitar switches (3 & 5-way). I have not been able to locate a vendor / distributor here in the United States. The only distributor I am aware of is located at the following link: www.axesrus.com/. I have contacted them but they will absolutely not ship to the United States. They did provide me, however, with the {possible} manufacturer of these switches. Some folks in the repair community may find this link of interest: www.billionpickup.com.tw/I did email these folks regarding the purchase of these switches, but i have not heard back from them. For those wondering, these switches do not provide any special or additional function than other standard switches on the market provide...BUT, the ACTION and FEEL on these switches are amazing. If anyone knows of a local distributor [in the United States] or even a distributor abroad who is willing to sell these [not in bulk] but rather piecemeal..please let me know. P.S. At one time the following company did sell these switches but their website seems to be down: www.soundchamberrepairs.com/Thank you in advance for your time. -Fenleo-

Oh, you mean the ones made by Schaller of Germany? YiKEs! You can find them at StewMac masquerading as the Mega Switches. They're the same switches, the contact PCB has just been "value engineered". I use them as I prefer them to all other lever switches for their excellent "feel". That'll be $1 U.S. please. ;D ;D Oh, by the way.....

GuitarPartsDepot has the Schaller Megaswitches also, and they're 12 cents cheaper. They also have the Megaswitch "M", which Stew-Mac doesn't carry. This is the 4-position Baja style. The "E+" model looks more like a traditional Strat switch, with a rounded-off PCB: It has 9 terminals "for additional wiring options".

Yeah, all of the StewMac Megaswitches had the round PCB with terminals originally (back when I bought several). Thanks for the link newey, it's good to see that someone is carrying the "E+", which is an enhanced "E", as well as the "M". The "M" by the way, can be used as 4-way Tele upgrade (as in upgrade to the 4-way), it's actually a 4P 5T equivalent to the super switch (them 24 terminals). Either that or it's a 6P4T (dream on, Sparky). These switches are actually from EYB out of Leonberg. www.eyb-guitars.de/Eyb-English/Home.htmlwww.eyb-guitars.de/Eyb-English/Megaswitch.html
