Newbie here. I installed a stew mac super switch as per the Franco mod. But where do I attach the tone pots to the switch?

Hello and Welcome!
You said that you wired this:
You'll need to post a copy of the diagram for that, as I haven't heard of this mod. Perhaps others have heard of it, but it would still be nice if we were all literally "on the same page".

I got the diagram from the guitar nuts site under modifications at the bottom there's a mod called tre five. I don't know how to get a pic into the thread. I have it wired up and it works as it should all except I have no tone controls hooked up yet. I'm assuming they will go to the two lugs marked "3", one for the bridge and one for the mid, but I'm not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I got the diagram from the guitar nuts site under modifications at the bottom there's a mod called tre five. I don't know how to get a pic into the thread. Not a problem. The link for the mod is here. This is the diagram posted: For reference, about 2 years ago there was a similar thread here, Help with Franco's "The Five" that you might want to check out. And, to answer you original question, you can follow this link for wiring in the volume and tone control for a single volume\single tone configuration. Just ignore the 5 way wiring in the attached link and take the lead off pole "1" highlighted "Volume" and work through the rest of the diagram accordingly. Happy Trails Cynical One

Great, the master vol and tone should be the easiest way to go. I'm warming up the soldering iron now. I've done the QTB mod but that shouldn't be any problem. I hope. Thanks for the help, this moding thing can get quite addictive as I've found out already when I purchased an epi junior head and lost myself in it for a few months, the results were well worth the time. Tons of fun!
