Thanks to John H for the treble bleed research I used a 1nf cap in parallel with a 150K resistor. I read on the Reverend board that the powers that be at the company look down on moding their guitars. Therefore there is precious little information on the wiring of these guitars. This is a shame..........the basic build quality and the materials used are first class except for the switches pots etc. The addition of some quality electronic parts and a light mod has improved this guitar greatly. Time for Reverend corporate to get out of the "full up and locked" position eh

Reverend doesn't object to anyone modding their guitars - Joe Naylor has piped up several times with advice for someone considering a particular mod, in fact. They don't publish their wiring diagrams because Joe feels that the bass contour circuit is a selling point for their guitars and doesn't want to give away the recipe. I can't blame him, as much as I'd like to use the circuit in other guitars too... though it's not that hard to reverse engineer, since they don't epoxy the pot or anything.
