This is a 2 part ?s I know everyone loves 2 part ?s! well iwas recently wanting to do the quieting the beast mod. I went to radio shack and found just about everything except the .33 400v cap. is there a substitute theat will work or do i need that exact one? also i wanted to try some different value caps on my tone pots. the one i have now is a .04 or a .4 something like that! (I ordered the fender wiring kit from stew mac for my hand made strat). i was wondering what are some other cap values that sound good for a strat. Hell with it im goin for a 3 part ?! I was also hoping someone knew how to do that mod where you use the middle tone for the bridge also. i saw it somewhere in my surfing asdventures it looked so simple. i believe you just put a cap from the middle tone pot to the empty spot on the 5 way switch? anyways thanks again fellow guitar nuts in crime, damian
