Basically it'll be a sort of chart separating the different hardwoods & tonewoods used in guitar luthiery by: type, weight, workability, tonality, color, grain(also tell if poreous or nonporeous), affordability, and ease of aquirement and so on.
Well, the closest we have to that is in the Reference section under Tone Wood
It has a link to John Calkin's article on tone woods that covers more then we could ever reproduce.
There are several sites out there already that contain a wealth of information on wood and the respective characteristics of different species.
A little Google time should yield vast results.
