Basically it'll be a sort of chart separating the different hardwoods & tonewoods used in guitar luthiery by: type, weight, workability, tonality, color, grain(also tell if poreous or nonporeous), affordability, and ease of aquirement and so on.

Well, the closest we have to that is in the Reference section under Tone WoodIt has a link to John Calkin's article on tone woods that covers more then we could ever reproduce. There are several sites out there already that contain a wealth of information on wood and the respective characteristics of different species. A little Google time should yield vast results. HTC1
