I have been looking (with no success) for an 8 hole 3 ply pickguard for a Fender Classic Series Strat.
They just don't seem to exist... the closest I have found is a thicker one (that doesn't warp) but it's mint green.
I need either Parchment or White. I know I can go to the local engraver and have him make one but it's really expensive. (45 bucks)
Anyone know where I could buy one? Or at least look at alternatives?
I wish to stay 8 hole, true to the 50's style but I need something thicker that doesn't warp.
Thanks..

Yes I have, I would have to go 3 ply but that would be OK... I would rather have a thick single ply that doesn't warp...
Thanks for the reply..

For an 8-hole single ply, Pickguardian will make one for you, they have either .o6o or .090 solid materials in white or cream; the parchment is .060 solid and .090 3-ply. A bit pricey at $45, however. WD Music makes .060 white ones, your choice of 8 or 11 holes, for $30. They also discount the screws 20% if you buy a guard. Warmoth also makes a .090 single-ply in white here for $25

I believe the dreaded censored (Warmoth) would be the way to go. Check out shipping costs before you buy, though...

There's a black 3-ply at musicstore.com www.musicstore.com/nl_NL/NLG/Gitaren/Guitar-parts/Fender-Pickguard-Strat-57-Vintage-Black-3-ply/art-GIT0001367-002I found it at other stores as well. There's also a 1-ply in black or white, and 4-ply in black pearl or tortoise. But I haven't found any other 3-ply 8-hole pickguards. Personally I don't think $45 is expensive for a custom made pickguard. The cheapest single ply 8-hole pickguard I can find is €28. That's about $37.50, without shipping. I've got that 4-ply 8-hole black pearl pickguard on my strat, which set me back €52, that's $70. Just for a stock, off the shelf Fender pickguard. If I could have had a custom pickguard for 'only' $45 I would have gone for it for sure. Though it could just be that everything is just plain expensive over here in Europe ...
