Well, that's the piece that presses into the body...or one very similar to what comes in the kit. The one you link to is 1/4"-20 thread pitch. Over the years and depending on the country of origin for your tune-o-matic, this may or may not work. If you know the size and thread pitch you can order these for peanuts compared to what Mr. Gibson will sell them to you for. Another consideration is the O.D. of the serrated barrel. Your hole size may or may not accommodate this particular blind rivet nut. If you have the studs but no rivet nut, providing your post diameter and thread pitch to said vendor may get you exactly what you want for a fraction of what the tune-o-matic part would cost you. But you make a good point in asking. Most of the things on a guitar or bass had to be purchased from someone...who just makes the widgets... Once the big name builder adopts said widget into a standard kit the price goes up. Taking it one step further, going to an actual fastener supplier, like this one, can save you even more, and provide you with exactly what you're looking for. HTC1

..Yep C1... ..I guess i was just proposing that particular one as an example, rather than a specific one for the job...shoulda made that more clear at the time (but it WAS the middle of the night here) ;D
BTW, the trouble with those 'fastener' websites is that I wind up spending the whole night salivating there instead of posting here ... or ( gulp!! ) actually working on a guitar....
Thanks for your comments... always appreciated!
