Guitarpraise- Hello and Welcome to G-Nutz2! Assuming you want this to operate just like a Les Paul, then you will use a Les Paul wiring diagram- there are plenty of those all over the web, (starting at the Gibson website . . . ) On the other hand, if you want something different, then what do you want it to do? Your problem here is one of logistics, and perhaps fitment, moreso than electronics. 4 pots will fit in a row where the regular Strat has its three, but you may need to use 17mm pots instead of the regular 24mm ones. A regular Gibson toggle will fit in place of the 5-way. And you need a HH Strat pickguard- unless you're going to just modify your existing guard, not a very sanitary look since it'll have a hole where the mid pup was. To do it right, your best bet is to order a custom pickguard with the 2 HB cutouts already done, but without any holes for the pots or 5-way switch. Then, you can easily drill the holes for those where you want to do so. Cutting holes for pickups in a pickguard is doable, but it helps to have the right tools- and the tools will cost more than just custom ordering one. So long as you don't want some fancy material, Warmoth will let you specify all parameters for a Strat guard- type of pickup routs, their location, holes, no holes- all for abut $25. And, when you're done, it'll look "custom".
