Hi I just recently aquired a Gibsom Maestro, one of the cheapies and I decided to apint it, it came to me in pieces. Well the paint is all done but I cannot figure out where the wire goes, there is one single wire coming out of the guitar. and everything else is attached to the face plate of it. I just have no I dea where to connect it on the plate. I attached some pics so if you have any advice on were this goes, please and thank you

I'll guess that the wire is not shown in the photo and you don't mean the blue shielded pickup cable going to the volume control.
It sounds like you're talking about the string ground. That would connect anywhere that also connects to the sleeve of the output jack. The puddle of solder on the back of the volume pot, where the shield from the pickup cable and the black wire that goes to the back of the tone pot would be as good as any place. Or the puddle on the back of the tone pot. Or the sleeve connection of the output jack, if the wire is long enough. Basically anywhere that has a black wire connected to it.
After you get this reassembled, feel free to post a pic of the paintjob in the guitars forum of the board.

Yeah, I have no idea, what the names of any of them are, but if you would let me know, mid, left right, or something, I see a loose single prong on the mid one, looks like it's missing something, would it go there? And is the wire just basically a ground, everything runs of the face plate and the pick up?

I think the wire you've been talking about connects to the strings through the bridge or tailpiece. But it isn't shown in any of your photos, right?
EDIT: I see in another post you confirmed it isn't shown in any photo.
If we're both talking about the same thing, that would connect to anywhere that has a black wire. So the puddle on the back of the volume pot seems like a good place. I see someone has written GND with an arrow pointing to the volume control. That suggests maybe the wire was originally connected there.
