Ok so for those of you who know, I've gotten a job recently (thank god), and I start college this month. So when I start school I'm planning to take what's left out of my grant money to get started on it. I'm getting a template from here www.guitarbuildingtemplates.comIll be building a copy of the famous 59' setneck les paul. It will be constructed out of walnut. I actually found some at an affordable price at www rockler.com for all the walnut to do the body, top, and setneck was only $158 with shipping. Which is a lot better than the $280 for a walnut body blank that I found before.

Ok so at my new job I'll be bringin home $512 a week. So my shop is that much closer to being here ;D and my aunt who has several years experinece in wood working has asked me to teach her to play guitar so I made a deal with her. She helps me build them and ill teach her to play. So its a win/win of sorts. So we'll be building me the 59' lp and she wants a gibson 336.

Yep...... after looking at pics and the templates I decided I liked it enough to build me one too ;D Cept mine'll be either mahogany or cherry.or both. Mahogany body with a flamed cherry top i'd better hush before I get myself into trouble.

Any suggestions on hardware for the 336 project? I know I'm gonna put mean 90's in it and the hard ware will be chrome, but I'm at a loss as to which bridge to put on it.
