First I've ever heard of them. Pretty, though.

Wondering about their distribution network. When I plug my zip code into the "dealer locator", it shows 4 dealers within about a 150 mile radius of me, Click through to the dealers' websites, and 2 of the 4 I get 404 errors; the other two don't seem to list any of these guitars on their sites.
So, I'm wondering if anyone can actually find one of these. . .

Not that model, but DBZ's have been showing up used in GC and pawn shops around me. The ones I've seen have been mostly acoustics and LP copies, none of which seemed even up to Epiphone quality. The acoustics-electrics I saw had very cheap and LARGE pre-amp tuner modules with heavy metal covers (one was bouncing around inside). The Royale is clearly something unique, but at $299-$699 on eBay, seems not to have found a price niche. The acoustics have needed a lot of work (nuts need to be recut, relief terribly off). Considering they've only been in biz for a few years, the acoustics looked like 20 year old touring veterens. Nice finishes, and big f'n headstock, but with the ones I've seen... Not much more.

When I visited the place, they had one Dean Zelinsky guitar, but no DZB guitars. Not much in the way of other new equipment. It did have the thin body, like the Royale, but it was a Zenyatta, shaped more like a LP body. Just for info purposes, taken from the Dean Zelinsky Private label site: "Dean Zelinsky is a legendary guitar designer/builder and the founder of Dean Guitars which he formed in 1976. In 2008, Zelinsky parted ways with Dean Guitars to form DBZ Guitars and served as company CEO. He departed DBZ in February 2012 to form Dean Zelinsky Private Label Guitars citing he needs a company where he has 100% control."
