The goal here is to have a normal (or in this case, near normal) 5-way and Vol & Tone and then have a Bridge Blower, which would be Bridge and Vol (but no Tone) Please have a look and let me know I have this correct. Part 2, I may decide that I want the Vol to be out of circuit in Blower mode. I think to do that, I would just need to move the Bridge Hot to the output jack, instead of the Vol lug? Or would the Vol still be in play (via that wire from Vol middle lug )?

Hi JFrank
the wiring looks ok to me, but im puzzled by the lug order on the 5-way. It goes 1 to 5 on one side snd 5 to 1 on the other. Ive seen such a diagram before, but does it relate to a real switch? If seems like it would need some twisted inverted internal connections to do that and its not how the usual superswitches are laid out.
to do a blower with all pots dissengaged, its best to use both sides of the toggle switch to do a complete 'true bypass', like on a stompbox. One switch pole goes to bridge hot and one to jack hot. When operated, those get connected to each other and disconnected from everything else.

I drew the switch as if the black line in the center is the edge of the board and you are looking down from above...err, almost the inverse of that, I guess. It's a eyb/schaller Here is their diagram: www.eyb-guitars.de/Eyb-English/Megaswitch_files/English%20Megaswitch%20M%201.1.pdfI have the 1-5 turned around, but that is just which way you happen to mount the switch. Ok, thanks on the check and I figured as much, on Step 2 (no pots blower)

Thinking about my 'light touch dpdt' thread: guitarnuts2.proboards.com/thread/7566/dpdt-light-touch-tele-swtich... The only way to use a 1pdt in this idea would be a full, no pots blower, where the 1pdt switches the jack hot wire between Vol pot output and Bridge pup, correct? Or would that still leave the pots and combos still in effect?

If the bridge pickup is selected on the 5-way, then the pots are still hanging off of it, and if it's in a combination, those pickups will also be active. You need another pole to break the bridge connection to the selector switch. Wiring above looks fine to me.
