So, before anyone links me to all the series/single/parallel switches ... I'm actually going for a specific pattern, not just the provision. And, I'm only asking cos I've been at this for hours and my brain is melting ...
As for sequence clarity ... UP = Single Middle = Series Down = Parallel
I'm not fussed about the switch type outside of being a 3-way toggle; I can get 4PDT C-Off easily enough but 3PDT seem extinct with DPDT (both C-Off and C-On) everywhere. Probably because Australia.
Any help (even "can't be done") is much appreciated... Time for aspirin ...
You'd need a pricy 4 pole on-on-on toggle to get that order. A two pole one always needs the single to be the middle setting.
Should be quite easy to do just get a multi meter across the terminals to make sure you know how the switch will select the terminals in all 3 positions.
Get a chunky block with big eyes. I did something similar with out of phase where up is half out of phase with a .01 cap , middle is both in phase down is 3/4 out of phase with 0.1 cap - works well in a strat.
Anyway need big eyes to get the wires and jumpers through.
Easiest if you make a diagram first and look at the 4 pairs of poles as if they were 2 separate switches.
