No, thank you for putting these together. Most of the guitars discussed around here never really show their fretboards around here once their project status changes to completed. It's nice to see the "neck pocket design from Hell" guitar being used for what it was intended to be used for...and used well. And...considering is probably only just you and me...who doesn't remember the "pray as you go locking nut affair" guitar...and enjoy seeing it show up and shine for a bit. In a time when it's beginning to look like the guitar is going the way of the Neru jacket in the eyes of the world judging cool, it's refreshing to see someone out there playing for the joy of it. I'd give you a few +1's for these...if ProBoards hadn't defined progress by removing that feature from their upgrade... Keep them coming. Maybe I'll be inspired to start a "Headless Bassist" channel... Happy Trails Cynical One EDIT: Yes. Yes you do need to look into some Shawn Lane \gauntlet dropMight I suggest Epilogue (for Lisa). We know you can play...but how's your feel, young man? Actually, anything off his Powers of Ten album will do. \gauntlet drop

Man, this site (you ppl!) gave me a *LOT*. The least I can do is just keep trying. I have new project on the way , new double-personality strat, still at the gasing phase ! I gotta burn Epilogue (for Lisa) on CD and listen to it in the car. There is no other way it can grow on me.

He wrote the song for his sister, Lisa, who was killed in a car accident. This song is all about feel.

I heard the song, along with the "flying pianos" song, I got them playing in my car. It is a great song, written on a major scale which in itself created a very emotional effect since in reality this is a sad melody. It easy to make a happy song out of an inherently sad scale (minor), but very difficult to make a sad song out of an inherently happy scale (major). And it seems easy as well
