Usually, we get newcomers who can't read a schematic and want a wiring diagram instead. That was why I drew this as a wiring diagram- the original poster wanted that. Also, given the unique switch logic of the Freeway Ultra switch, the main job would be translating from the schematic to the particulars of this switch anyway.
The pickups are labeled "Neck" and "bridge" so I'm not seeing where you're having a problem in this regard. And the pots are not shown on the diagram for clarity's sake- the red wire labeled "to output" would connect to a standard master V and T. I showed the wiring to the switch portions of the two push/pull pots, but I omitted the pots themselves. These are assumed to be wired as any V and T pots typically would be wired.
If you want individual V and T pots for each pickup, ala an LP, each pickup's V and T pot gets wired after each pickup and before the switch. Instead of two wires from each pickup to the switch, you'll have two wires from each volume pot to the switch (and each tone control then "hangs off" the pickup's V pot). You can consult any standard LP wiring diagram to see how the individual V and T pots would be incorporated into this scheme.

No, I meant it was a blurred image, but right after that it cleared (maybe a slow cache?). So, thank you, it's a good diagram. I meant diagram, not schematic, sorry about that... I'm on "child growth", so I have a fair number of nights without sleep, lol.
Now I'm having other troubling thoughts: If V and T are not shown, then what are the "coil split..." & "series/parallel" things? Aren't those pots, too? The user said he only had 2 push-pull pots available, if I remember correctly. In fact, those 2 things which I associate with the back of a push-pull got me frustrated, and so I asked about the V & T. Thanks again!

Those are the switch portions of the 2 push/pull pots that the OP said he was going to use. I omitted the pot portions of the push/pulls for clarity.
Understand that a push/pull pot is actually 2 separate components in one package. It is a regular pot with a DPDT on-on switch appended to the back, and operated by pulling up on the pot's shaft. But the switch and the pot are not electrically connected to one another unless one wires the two parts together for a certain wiring scheme. Here, the two are not connected directly to one another. The switch portions wire to the Freeway Ultra switch, and then the Freeway Ultra gets wired to output, via the (understood) V and T controls.
Here, the wiring of the switch portions is shown, as that was central to giving the OP a workable diagram. The wiring of the V and T pots is understood to be just as with any master V and T, and thus need not be shown on the diagram.

No, I meant it was a blurred image, but right after that it cleared (maybe a slow cache?). Was it the copy of the image in my post (rather than col's) that was blurred? ...It could be that my method embedding attachments was causing that if so, and thus might need more thought.

OK, guys Thank you so much.
I've gathered, during my time on this forum, that you could help out beginners who have a personal project, in that you draw a desired wiring diagram, given you find enough time for that.
If so, could I write to you on this thread, or should I open a dedicated one?
Many thanks!

k,
Either way will work just fine, but for the record, the title of this thread is easily found by those who search for similar things, so why not stay right here and continue to march?

Yeah, but it's a different one now. In that case, a new thread is definitely in order. No point in talking about a design for a 5-position switch on a thread about a 6-position switch. I have plenty of advice and will talk to you about it on your new thread.
