it seems like a nice guitar (electric) but there is a few losing ways with the information some say 2001 it was realesed I think it only lasted for a few years... but anyways does anypne have info on how long it was sold??

Darrenvox- Hello and Welcome to G-Nutz2!Washburn's webpage has info on finding the year of manufacture, and other info, via the serial number: ABOUT YOUR WASHBURN GUITAR
If you own a Washburn guitar, current or discontinued*, and are looking for information on it, we have included an archive of specs and key information below for most models dating back to 1990. The 1980’s are not currently archived.
Use the serial number on your guitar to determine the year of manufacture. The serial number can be found in the sound hole of the acoustic or on the back of the headstock on electrics. In most cases**, the first two numbers of the serial number are the year of manufacture. For example, if your guitar’s serial number is 94000000, your guitar was made in 1994.
You can look up the 1994 page, and locate your model number. All of the specs and information such as materials used, list price, scale length, nut width and finish are included. Once you've done that, I would think a quick email to Washburn's customer service could provide any other info you want. A quick Google search brought up several of these for sale at Reverb.com over the past few years. One ad said it was made in Indonesia, another said China, but that could also vary by the year, I suppose. The Model, HOB-E, is apparently a "House of Blues" tribute model.
