Silvertone 1445L Speed Demon Bass & Treble Tone Wiring Help

I could sure use some help with this guitar I just picked up. I opened up the guitar because the volume pots had no taper but discovered the tone section looked messy. Is there a schematic available for this 3 pickup set up with a "bass" and "treble" tone pot? I haven't been able to find one, just some low resolution pictures here:

Here is what the wiring looks like now. Everything seems normal except those caps.
