is planet waves the company still around?

i used to buy things from them from my local guitar store. haven't searched but was wondering if anyone has seen products from them like guitar accessories. 

Id like to find the Planet Waves Quick-Release Guitar Strap System and maybe others but i was curious if they are all sold out of stuff...just lazy to search and thought maybe some people knew what happened to it from here

Planet Waves was a brand name D'Addario previously used for their line of accessories, now they're just sold under the main D'Addario name. See:
