Hello, I need some help to identify a guitar. Here's a picture of the body, front and back. I believe it's an Ibanez Saber. I need to find a neck for it. It supposedly had a 24 fret neck on it before. Thanks All!!! EDIT: Distance from the heal cutout to the tremolo posts center is--- 5 7/8" Neck heal cutout is--- 2 3/16" Tremolo posts center to center is--- 3" Body thickness is--- 1 3/4" in the center but the edges are about 1"

Nobody knows what kind of guitar this is? Anyone heard of a brand called Wenson? I'm thinking it's a Ibanez Saber copy.

IF it's a Sabre, it's made of mahogany and a 22 fret neck. If you want to check, measure the distance between the two humbuckers. then measure between the hums on a 22 fret guitar and a 24 fret guitar. Whatever it matches, it is.

That's no sabre, or even a copy. The sabre isn't so"carved", is much flatter, has the jack on the guitar face, and is 22 frets. That long pocket looks like a 24 fretter, as does the pup spacing. The neck pocket looks lighter than any mahogany I've seen; maybe alder, ash, or basswood.

Definitely looks like some kind of Ibanez to me.

I believe it's basswood. Maybe from Dragonfire Guitars?

It's Ibanez-ISH, but it's not Ibanez. The trem rout would match their Edge - the good one. So that means a high end guitar. But the crooked trem pad, low end pivot bolts, and standard square neck joint say "midline or below". Plus, the outline is RG, but they don't make carved bolt on RGs.

Here are some more measurements... EDIT: That 2 3/4" Measurement for the heel is supposed to be 2 3/16"
