lenaghans1 Actually, what I need to know is the output jack from the Carlton head. (This output would be fed into the speakers.)

i opened the carlton head up tonight and had a look.i found the leg on one of the resistors sticking up.it had come away from the solder and out of the hole in the board.i pushed it into the hole.i will solder it tomorrow.i then tried the head with the combo speakers.i now get sound using my guitar.i am getting a hum all the time from the combo.it gets louder when you turn the volumn up.it is still there when the volumn is turned fully down.i am using the input jack from an old guitar on the speaker wires. i will solder the other jack that was in the back of the combo back tommorow to see if that sounds better.
thanks peter
