As part of the global "No Terminal Left Unconnected" program, I was often annoyed that additional uses were not readily documented for the tone pots.
Here is a possible use with little rewiring required. When the neck tone is set to "10", the neck is always on regardless of the selection of other pickups. When it is set to perhaps "8" or less it is effectively out of circuit for selections not inclusive of the neck pickup.
Enjoy. If you must use it for commercial purposes, please have the decency to annotate where you found it, since plagiarism sucks too. (And locks only keep honest people out.)
