Just wanted to let you guys know about this source I came across for preamp and EQ boards: AnalogWorkshop in Poland. It's not evident from the website how to purchase their products, but they seem to be on eBay as gandalf_electronics.
They have a variety of guitar and bass preamp/EQ boards, including some replicas (not sure about the legality of that, honestly). They also have an onboard compressor board and some prewired switches.
