I recently became acquainted with the Seymour Duncan tapped version of their SC Quarter Pounders. At their website they show a version using a 5-way switch, which is fine and easy to use, but only covering the use of one tapped SC with one of the 2 pickups (bridge position). Here it is: tapped tele w/5-way it seems like a good enough pattern, and I heard such a guitar played 2 months ago at a local venue and was impressed (with the player and the sound options) This got me to thinking about using a 4-way switch to wring more combinations out of it, especially in conjunction with 2 DPDT on/on switches that could be either mounted on push-pull pots on as individual switches. I came up with this which would give roughly 10 combinations, including some series ones. It is untested but should be fine. Due to the series combos, best to have a separate ground wire for the neck pup cover.
