I'm not sure how these diagrams would work out, especially in series blending where I'm trying to apply JohnH series blender type A as in his analysis. I'm going for an un-modded look for this one, without additional switches or Fender S1. Fender S1 was my first route because of its 4PDT, but then I found out how much of a pain in the a to get one with all of its "accessories", especially in Australia. This mod also require you to modified your pot, switch carbon traces into dual gang pots and convert them to no-load, which shouldn't be too hard. This would allow for a more intuitive blending control. My question is, how would this work out? With all the way counter-cw blend -> cw: Normal 5 ways Push-pull down: 1. B -> B+N 2. B+M -> 3 pickups in parallel 3. M unchanged 4. N+M -> 3 pickups in parallel 5. N -> N+B Push pull up: 1. B -> BxM 2. B -> (BxM) + M ? 3. no sound -> M 4. N -> (NxM) + M ? 5. N -> NxM With Super switch, because Super switch is pretty accessible for me: Super Switch Push-pull down: 1. B -> B+N 2. B+M -> 3 pickups in parallel 3. M -> 3 pickups in parallel 4. N+M -> 3 pickups in parallel 5. N -> N+B Push pull up: 1. B -> BxM 2. B -> (BxM) + M ? 3. no sound -> M 4. N -> (NxM) + M ? 5. N -> NxM Would this even works or I missed some basics? Sorry I have no electronics background. Thanks for any help!
