This is actually on a one of a kind les paul prototype from gibson.
(its body is the les paul acoustic... aka hollowbody les paul with a piezo in a carved bridge, however they routed this one out with a pair of humbuckers in addition to the piezo)
its just not quite doing what I want yet.
I replaced the pre amp/blend setup with a CTRL-X from LR Baggs.... and, well... it didn't sound all that great, so I repaired the original electronics (basically same setup but twice the size).. and the piezo sounds a lot thicker.(good)
Tried a GFS Liverpool in the neck... which didn't do it for me either... it sounds fantastic in my Tele neck.. but not quite working for me in the LP.
So right now, I can run the humbuckers out jack 1 ... and piezo out jack two.... OR I can run a blended humbuckers and piezo out jack two.
The piezo is doing me fine.... but I'm just not liking the stock gibson P/Us ... or my liverpools....
Any Suggestions?

Uh, like what sound are you looking for? (A clue or two might help.)
Is it a true hollow body or a semi-acoustic?
What is the body wood?
What is the neck wood (well, it's Gib$on, must be mahogany)?
What genre of music will you play with this guitar?
Does the piezo pickup have an in-body preamp?
How are the magnetic and piezo pickups mixed (or will be) within the guitar?
Number 5 IS alive, but he needs (much) more input.
