This is conductive, and in most cases with copper tape it is conductive on both sides, so all you gotta do to make a connection is overlap the tape! To do a test, grab yourself a multimeter and check the resistance on the tape, both sides. It should have a very low resistance. If the meter does nothing there is infinite resistance and therefore it is not a conductor! This little trick showed me that simple foil duct tape from home depot can be used for shielding!!!
