As ive said before, my U shaped neck has vintage frets, and a 7.25 radius. Would changing frets to say Dunlop 6105's make blues playing ( bending ) a little easier? I want to stay with a Fender neck, though Warmoth make a great product...I LOVE the Fender name on the headstock!

Most people think big bends are easier on bigger frets. I'd go to a music store and play some big fretted guitars and see what you think.

yeah, the big frets make it easier. but whoever said playing guitar should be easy! but there are other things to try as well--raising the action and changing to a heavier gauge string. you can also look into having your neck changed to a compound radius if you have a fret change done. my local luthier doesn't charge much extra for it if you're having a fret job done anyway.
